Return & 
Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange the item. All items must be in its' original packaging and in an unused condition. Below is information on our return and exchange policy.

TIMEFRAME FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE/CREDIT: Return requests must be received within 10 days of receiving the item. Please contact us for additional return information and shipping instructions. We will not be able to accept returns after 10 days. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: All labels, tags and other product branding must be attached as received.

FULL RETURN: Restocking/artisan quality inspection fee of 5% purchase price applies, return shipping not included.

EXCHANGE/CREDIT: If your purchase did not meet the product descriptions on our website, we are happy to offer an exchange/credit for you to use on another purchase. Return shipping not included.

DAMAGED ITEM: If you received a broken or damaged item from shipment, please contact our customer service team at with a photo of the damaged item. Upon inspection, we will be happy to offer an exchange.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We are thrilled to sell a unique, one-of-a-kind custom item to our customers. However, a custom-made item per special request cannot be returned.

PURCHASE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase being made. To cancel a purchase, a cancellation request must be emailed to with a subject: PURCHASE CANCELLATION. Cancellation is only confirmed once you receive acknowledgement from us.
